The most played Miss Fortune ADC build on patch 26.21 runs Press the Attack with Presence of Mind, Legend: Bloodline and Coup de Grace, plus Biscuit Delivery and Magical Footwear from the secondary tree. Take Flash and Barrier. Start with Doran's Blade and Health Potion, then build Hubris, Boots of Swiftness and The Collector, followed by Infinity Edge, Lord Dominik's Regards, Rapid Firecannon and Guardian Angel. Max Q (Double Up) first, then W (Strut), then E (Make It Rain). It has a 51.4% win rate and a 13.7% pick rate.
