Kennen Build
the Heart of the Tempest
More than just the lightning-quick enforcer of Ionian balance, Kennen is the only yordle member of the Kinkou. Despite his small, furry stature, he is eager to take on any threat with a whirling storm of shuriken and boundless enthusiasm. Alongside his master Shen, Kennen patrols the spirit realm, employing devastating electrical energy to strike down his enemies.
The most played Kennen Top build on patch 26.21 runs Electrocute with Taste of Blood, Grisly Mementos and Ultimate Hunter, plus Absolute Focus and Scorch from the secondary tree. Take Flash and Ignite. Start with Doran's Blade and Health Potion, then build Hextech Rocketbelt, Sorcerer's Shoes and Shadowflame, followed by Zhonya's Hourglass, Rabadon's Deathcap and Void Staff. Max Q (Thundering Shuriken) first, then W (Electrical Surge), then E (Lightning Rush). It has a 49.7% win rate and a 1.9% pick rate.
