Maokai is a rageful, towering treant who fights the unnatural horrors of the Shadow Isles. He was twisted into a force of vengeance after a magical cataclysm destroyed his home, surviving undeath only through the Waters of Life infused within his heartwood. Once a peaceful nature spirit, Maokai now furiously battles to banish the scourge of unlife from the Shadow Isles and restore his home to its former beauty.
The most played Maokai Support build on patch 26.21 runs Aftershock with Font of Life, Bone Plating and Unflinching, plus Biscuit Delivery and Cosmic Insight from the secondary tree. Take Flash and Ignite. Start with Health Potion, then build Solstice Sleigh, Locket of the Iron Solari and Boots of Swiftness, followed by Bandlepipes, Thornmail and Spirit Visage. Max Q (Bramble Smash) first, then W (Twisted Advance), then E (Sapling Toss). It has a 51.0% win rate and a 2.0% pick rate.
