The most played Nidalee Jungle build on patch 26.21 runs Dark Harvest with Sudden Impact, Grisly Mementos and Treasure Hunter, plus Transcendence and Waterwalking from the secondary tree. Take Smite and Flash. Start with Scorchclaw Pup and Health Potion, then build Lich Bane, Sorcerer's Shoes and Hextech Rocketbelt, followed by Zhonya's Hourglass, Rabadon's Deathcap and Void Staff. Max Q (Javelin Toss / Takedown) first, then E (Primal Surge / Swipe), then W (Bushwhack / Pounce). It has a 46.7% win rate and a 2.0% pick rate.
