The most played Qiyana Mid build on patch 26.21 runs Electrocute with Sudden Impact, Grisly Mementos and Treasure Hunter, plus Last Stand and Presence of Mind from the secondary tree. Take Flash and Ignite. Start with Doran's Blade and Health Potion, then build Voltaic Cyclosword, Crimson Lucidity and Bastionbreaker, followed by Serylda's Grudge, Edge of Night and Guardian Angel. Max Q (Elemental Wrath / Edge of Ixtal) first, then W (Terrashape), then E (Audacity). It has a 46.1% win rate and a 2.2% pick rate.
