Xin Zhao is a resolute warrior loyal to the ruling Lightshield dynasty. Once condemned to the fighting pits of Noxus, he survived countless gladiatorial bouts, but after being freed by Demacian forces, he swore his life and allegiance to these brave liberators. The most played Xin Zhao Jungle build on patch 26.21 runs Conqueror with Triumph, Legend: Alacrity and Coup de Grace, plus Cosmic Insight and Magical Footwear from the secondary tree. Take Smite and Flash. Start with Gustwalker Hatchling and Health Potion, then build Titanic Hydra, Plated Steelcaps and Black Cleaver, followed by Death's Dance, Guardian Angel and Spirit Visage. Max W (Wind Becomes Lightning) first, then E (Audacious Charge), then Q (Three Talon Strike). It has a 51.7% win rate and a 3.5% pick rate.
