Take Flash and Teleport. Start with Doran's Ring and Health Potion, then build Blackfire Torch, Spellslinger's Shoes and Liandry's Torment, followed by Rylai's Crystal Scepter, Zhonya's Hourglass and Rabadon's Deathcap. Max E (Malefic Visions) first, then Q (Call of the Void), then W (Void Swarm). It has a 51.3% win rate and a 6.6% pick rate.
